Description

TSI is now hiring a Client Manager to join our growing Insights and Strategy team.

In this position, you will be a native English speaker with experience in conducting market research, and be a strong project manager and leader that can push multiple project deliverables while “owning” the project delivery aspect of the business, with the support and guidance of senior management.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead client engagements through designing, executing, and presenting analytic and strategic studies to meet clients’ research and brand strategy objectives
  • Ensure proactive insights and action-oriented solutions are delivered to clients
  • Lead and develop a project team/work collaboratively to deliver against client commitments
  • Respond to client project briefs through rigorous analysis, grounded implications, and actionable recommendations
  • Assist with writing and proof-reading English language communications and deliverables

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Native English speaker and high attention to detail – this role will involve writing and proof-reading English language content for English-speaking clients around the world
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 2-5 years experience within a market research/insights agency, brand consultancy, in-house insights/research team, or similar
  • Experience in at least one of the qualitative or quantitative primary research methods. Experience in both is preferred.
  • Proven client management experience
  • Some Mandarin level preferred
