Having completed her studies at Durham University in the UK, she began her career at Kantar working with Yili and L’Oreal. She then moved to Ipsos, helping clients like McDonald’s, Hershey’s, and Coke, before finding her way back to Kantar. There, she led brand health tracking studies, creative testing, and more across industries including energy drinks and luxury. With a keen curiosity in people and their behavioural patterns, Xiaobo has also embraced more direct and deepened conversations with consumers through moderating qualitative projects.
When she’s not working, you can find Xiaobo perfecting her French, practicing her yoga asanas, or running the popular WeChat marketplace, Movin.
